Acceptance of Terms
1. User Registration
To use certain features of Pincel, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of the Services
Pincel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
4. Commercial Use of Images
Clients can use images edited with Pincel for commercial purposes without any restrictions.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Users are prohibited from excessive downloading or automating the process of image creation. The fair use allows a User to generate a new image every 8 seconds. We reserve the right to limit or block accounts that violate these terms to maintain system integrity and fair access for all users.
Pincel reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Pincel provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pincel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
Pincel may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.

Personal Information: We collect information you provide when you use our services such as your name and email address.
User Data Collection and Storage:
At our website, we collect user data (email and username), which is subsequently stored in our database.
Our backend service provider, Supabase, is responsible for the management of this database. It is important to note that we exclusively retain your email address within our database.
Image Data Handling:
We may temporarily process and analyze image data that you upload or edit using our services for 60 minutes.
After this period, we do not retain any input or output images generated during user interactions on our platform.
User-uploaded images are solely utilized for processing purposes and are not stored in our database.

Payment, Subscription and Cancellation
For payment-related transactions, we utilize the services of Stripe to collect payment data.
We do not store any payment data; Stripe handles the secure collection of this information on our behalf.
We do not store this data on our server.

We’ve partnered with Stripe.com, a trusted payment processor, to handle all payments securely. We don’t store any card data or payment information on our servers. Your financial information is processed and protected by Stripe.com.

Free Trial and Subscription Terms
1-Day Free Subscription Trial
Pincel offers a 1-day free trial subscription, allowing users to generate up to 20 images within a 24-hour period. This trial is designed to give you a preview of what Pincel can offer, with no obligation to continue.
Upgrading or Cancelling the Trial
- Upgrade: After reaching the 20 image limit, you have the option to upgrade to a full subscription and be billed instantly.
- Cancellation: If you decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the 24-hour trial period ends to avoid being billed. Failure to cancel will result in automatic enrollment into the subscription plan you selected during sign-up, and you will be billed accordingly.
Payment and Cancellation
Upon each successful payment, users will receive an email confirmation detailing the transaction. This ensures that users are always informed about the status of their subscription and any charges applied.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through two methods:
- Pincel Billing Dashboard: Access your account settings and navigate to the Billing Dashboard. From there, you can directly cancel your subscription.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected]. Please include your account information to help us process your request quickly.
